Top 6 Cincinnati Bloggers Putting The City On The Map

There’s no question Cincinnati has grown up from it’s old-school stereotype of being a boring, slow town with little to do.
Now it’s a desirable location for movie sets, music festivals, vacations, and weekend road trips. (Check out the ultimate guide to Cincinnati for more on this.)
I’m being honest when I say that every single week, I’ll scroll on my Facebook feed and see another article listing Cincinnati as a top 5 underrated city or top 10 weekend trip location.
It’s unbelievable.
But if you’re a local who still doesn’t know the gems of the Queen City, or you’re from out of town, what are you going to do for a good time?
I say you should leave it to the experts with their finger on the pulse of this city.
These are the 6 top Cincinnati bloggers who are doing the most to put their city on the map and show off the area’s hottest locations.
Top Cincinnati Bloggers
1. A Style Breeze
Website: astylebreeze.com
Someone strongly connected to the millennial and fashion scene is Cincinnati blogger Alli Robben at A Style Breeze.
Alli has built up a large Instagram following thanks to her fashion forward outfits and brand collaborations — including Kroger, Madewell, and Saks Fifth Avenue — across the city of Cincinnati.
This year A Style Breeze announced her styling services including a closet cleanout, box service, or personal styling.
I say this from experience (because Alli styled me this fall and it was the best $250 on clothes I’ve ever spent), you have to have her style you at least once.
Not only did I get a ton of quality, but she made sure to spread the budget as far as she could to get me key items that I can mix and match depending on the occasion I’m wearing them.
Try the styling service yourself — it’s a home run.
2. Baubles to Bubbles
Website: baublestobubbles.com
Baubles to Bubbles is a fashion blog covering everything from jewelry (baubles) to champagne (bubbles), with a mix of lifestyle and travel in between.
This blog has something feminine, fun, and colorful that’s going to absolutely brighten your day.
Olivia Johnson is the Cincinnati born and raised star behind Baubles to Bubbles. She does a ton of collaborations with big league Cincinnati companies like Kroger, Stafford Jewelers, and the Liberty Center, often spreading rare promotions and exclusive offers with her followers.
This is a must follow blog and Instagram account for women looking to up their fashion and entertainment game.
And a recurring trend you’ll find in this list is that most, if not all, of these top Cincinnati bloggers—including Olivia—are born, raised, and come back to Cincinnati after college.
That’s very telling of what this city has to offer young professionals.
3. Hey Michelle
Website: heymichelle-help.com
Hey Michelle is the Cincinnati virtual tour guide you’ve always wanted.
After years of hearing, “Hey Michelle, help me find the perfect restaurant / coffee shop / bar / outdoor event / bed and breakfast in Cincinnati,” Michelle Jones launched her blog and never looked back. And let me tell you, her readers are grateful for it.
Being a lifetime native of Cincinnati, Hey Michelle brings the rare combination of showcasing historic Cincinnati area venues while mixing in trendy new joints. It can be built in 1800 or last month, but if it’s worth visiting, she’ll be the first to tell you.
For example, one of her recent blog posts highlights the historic Grand Finale restaurant—one the oldest restaurants in the US—while the other raves about the brand new Upper Deck at AC Marriott on the Banks. That diverse spread of venues is unique.
What I most appreciate about Michelle is she only publishes content and collaborates with brands she personally recommends. This integrity proves she’s one of the good ones who genuinely cares about her audience.
4. Out + Outfit
Website: outandoutfit.com
Need an outfit inspiration for a Cincinnati date night? dinner event? casual reunion? Out + Outfit is right up your ally.
Katie is not your chill night out, wearing a t-shirt kind of girl. These outfit inspirations involve modern staples and drape collar jackets to leave you looking and feeling the coolest.
One quick scroll through her blog and it’s obvious she knows what she’s talking about.
Where many fashion blogs stop there — at only fashion — Out + Outift doesn’t leave you hanging looking your best with nowhere to go. This blog goes the distance by recommending restaurants, bars, and other fun social events happening across Cincy.
Dressing your best and having an adventure in the Queen City is a winning combination.
5. Pursuit of Delights
Website: pursuitofdelights.com
Who doesn’t love food? I mean come on.
After the worst or best day ever, a big bite into something sweet, tasty, and flavorful will never disappoint.
That’s why if you’re a food lover who isn’t following Pursuit of Delights, you’re missing out on the top-quality food spots in the area.
Food isn’t their only passion. They also explore the world to show unbelievable travel locations—and of course what food and drinks to order when we get there.
Ideally you’re inspired by their trips like I am and hop on a plane yourself. After reading about their time in Iceland, I’m already looking up flights and hotels.
Even if you don’t visit their travel destinations, at least you can live vicariously through their adventurous destinations and delicious dishes, across the globe or in our backyard.
6. Cincinnati Mom’s Blog
Website: cincinnati.citymomsblog.com
It shouldn’t be shocking based on the name of this one. But Cincinnati Mom’s Blog is a lifesaver for local moms who could use help planning activities.
This site has complete local guides on topics like: All Things Birthday, Local Breweries, Local Coffee Houses, Indoor Play, Kids Activities and Mom Time.
How nice is that content? Save yourself the time calling other moms or looking up fun things to do. Because you, my friend, have a long list of ideas for your kids or yourself.
There is so much content here that it might take you a few years before you run out of things to do with your kids or during mom time.
You can be a good sport and share this with other parents at your playdates. Or take all the best spots for yourself so you can forever keep your status as the “cool mom”.
Wrap Up
Hats off to these Cincinnati bloggers who tell the world about this city one blog post after another. If you’re on this list, you’re doing a heck of a job and deserve all the praise you get.
And call me biased (as I live and run my digital marketing agency here, where we do Cincinnati SEO, social media, and web design, but this city is low key one of the top cities in the world.
The only reason you’d disagree is you don’t know what’s going on or haven’t explored everything this vibrant city has to offer.
But that’s not an excuse for long if you follow the bloggers above. Soon you’ll have more than enough local places on your bucket list to check out.
Before you go, I have one simple request. Spread the word about Cincinnati to your friends, co-workers, and family by sharing your favorite locations.
Our city shouldn’t be the best kept secret for forever. That’s just wrong.
