Wow! Simply, wow! I’ll admit, I had my doubts about anyone else handling my website, but I’m glad I did! Brian and Ally... had no problem working with me through multiple re-writes and edits. They handled all of my niggling questions with patience and professionalism. The results went far above and beyond my expectations! I was thrilled to work with Robben Media on a web project that our business had. We were coordinating across multiple... states and timezones, but they kept things on track and methodical. Our new site received high praise after launching not only for the flow of the site, but people said that it had a "distinct value proposition" that was presented in an ideal way. To me, that was the highest praise we could receive! If you are looking to take your web project, you should go with Robben Media. I can't recommend them highly enough. Brian executed my marketing strategy well and as described, hence the 2 stars, but we encountered a number of problems... along the way - including the temporary pulling of an ad, and being overcharged around 16% above the agreed budget for the ads - as the amount agreed in dollars was incorrectly entered in Euros on his end, which I was subsequently blamed for despite not having access to the ad console.Unfortunately on both of these occasions I had to highlight the error myself - meaning I'd be unable to recommend Robben Media for smaller campaigns which could be undertaken in-house.read more
